Fluent support

Done. I created the first Option 1 version.

What changed:

• Based on your uploaded v18.11
• New version: v18.12
• Ticket list is changed toward a table-like layout
• First columns:
  • Ticket #
  • Subject
  • Status
  • Assigned to
• Ticket body/snippet preview is hidden
• Compact ticket list width increased from 420px to 620px
• Change is isolated in:
  • `includes/ticket-list-layout.php`
  • `assets/js/ticket-list-table.js`
  • `includes/config.php`

Important: this is a first safe UI-only attempt. If Status or Assigned to does not extract perfectly, send me a screenshot and I will tune the selectors.
